Nelson Ekaragha

“I’m an actor, filmmaker, and photographer with over a decade of experience bringing stories to life both in front of and behind the camera. My journey in the creative industry has allowed me to work across a wide range of projects — from independent films and theatre productions to visual campaigns and personal storytelling through photography.

I’m passionate about authentic expression, collaboration, and using creativity to connect with people on a deeper level. Whether it’s performing a role, directing a scene, or capturing a single moment through the lens, I’m driven by the power of storytelling to inspire, challenge, and move audiences.”

I'Lesha Henry

I have a strong background in Health and Social Care and extensive experience supporting young people. As a mentor at HIP, I focus on youth and personal development, using both my professional training and practical experience. My mentoring style is grounded in a supportive, growth-focused environment; and as a parent of three with two neurodivergent children I have lived experience. I bring a person-centered, empathetic perspective. I also have a solid track record of working with young people from disadvantaged or trauma-affected backgrounds. My commitment is to help each individual reach their full potential.

Joivan Wade

British award-winning Hollywood actor, writer, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering youth. He's known for major roles in Doctor Who, EastEnders, and plays Cyborg in Doom Patrol, and co-founded Wall of Entertainment to promote diverse voices. He lives and works in Hollywood and has had roles in high grossing movies.

Nicole Lynch

Nicole is a Therapeutic Change & Self-Identity Coach, School Therapist, NLP and EFT Practitioner, Speaker, Mentor, and Heartbeat Ambassador. She helps teens and adults manage anxiety, low mood, self-esteem issues, identity struggles, and the impact of trauma. Her style is direct, compassionate, and practical, helping people understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and take meaningful steps forward.She is also President of a Toastmasters Club, recently winning both Club and Area level Humorous Speech Contests. She believes finding one’s voice is a powerful path to confidence and personal transformation.

Deanyboy

Hailing from South London Deanyboy has had over 50 million streams worldwide with songs he has produced. Some have been A listed on Radio 1 and Capital radio for many weeks in a row like “wag1” by Cashh and wstrn in the summer of 2020 and “Stop” by Shystie for 3 weeks in a row in August 2014

Deanyboy has worked as a producer with artists like Marsha Ambrosius, who wrote the Michael Jackson hit song, Butterflies. Deanyboy has produced for pop sensation Daniel Bedingfield and he has worked also with the likes of Wstrn, Pablo YG, Shakka ,Kenny allstar, M1llions, and Cashh to name a few.

Romayle Wade

Studied Digital media at University of Greenwich and went into Web development. Feeling that he wanted to work in a job where he could make an impact rather than sitting behind a computer screen he got a role as a pastoral assistant at a school in Surrey. However, overwhelmingly the draw to work with students who had similar challenges to those that he grew up with he moved to work in a school in Lewisham where he has since been working as the School Behaviour Manager & Head of Year.

SSK

SSK, is a producer, AI innovator, and youth educator who describes himself as an “extroverted nerd” and “black Tony Stark from South London.” SSK is one of the architects of the “Afro-swing” genre, blending Afro beats, Dancehall, Soul, and R&B. Since founding SSK Music in 2015, his productions have been used in over 500 films, TV shows, and commercials for major companies including Sony, Warner, and Netflix. His work has reached the UK Top 100 charts and TikTok Top 10. He’s produced for artists like B Young, Alicai Harley, and contributed to Netflix’s “Kings of Jo’ Burg.” SSK’s love for technology started at age 8 wanting to build robots. By age 12 he was building computers. Today, as CEO of Playbook MPR, he creates AI tools that help musicians and businesses automate their marketing, build websites, and connect with audiences—without needing technical skills.

Former vocal coach of TV singing competitions The X Factor and The Voice, International singer and acclaimed vocal coach to the stars, having worked with the late Robert Palmer, Roachford, Little Mix, Daniel Bedingfield, Fleur East, Take That, Ellie Goulding, Eliza Doolittle on her number 3 chart hit 'Pack Up', and many more. Author of romantic thriller novel 'The Stellular Shard Heist', and singer of 'Trick Me' on Roald Dahl's Netflix animated children's movie The Twits. Lloyd is an experienced lead mentor and Implementation Manager of Heartbeat Inclusion Programmes.
